Good update I just want Tomato to add features like auto item out-of-stock timing set and features like to manage quantity available as for example restaurant is left with only 3 plates of biryani so in that limited quantity we should be given an option where a customer can maximum place 3 plates only and later on it gets out of stock automatically

Hello Team, keeping the app updated is a good part for the business, bus this is utter nonsense why it's asking update on weekly basis? Who is the useless fellow sitting behind this? He needs to sack on immediate basis. Firstly this new interface looks pathetic, most of the feature are useless, and many things are too complicated, that we can't manage. You people have only this task to execute? Because we have ample things to take care. From inventory to staff, food quality, etc, etc.

The current version is very bad and not user-friendly it's a complicated version for partners while working during rush hours.there are many useless options...please bring back the previous version it was good and very ease ... I request tomato give permission like the Twiggy to update ourselves the menu, prices and everything of our restaurant. Your zonal managers and spoc are worst in doing work. We have to run before them day n night for things to be updated.

Horrible experience, first of all commission is very High they are charging 37% I asked my POC regarding this he was not helpful and when we prepare food after 11:30 when it's delivered after 12am payment not showed in payout details. Either we do not know that payment will deposit or not. Last night we have prepared one order within 10 mins delivery executive came after 1hr, customer rating 1 star when we ask tomato, they can't help with this, it's a tomato mistake we have to bare it.

Tomato has resorted to making its own rules for business. As per new update you do not accept order within 3 minutes, it gets cancelled on its own. 60% of order value gets deducted from payout. PROPER DADAGIRI AND BANIYA HARK AT. Also, old UI was far better than the new one.
