Four stars because it doesn't give any real support for sellers, buyers have insurance, but sellers don't, which means that if a buyer claims the item is defective or hasn't arrived they get their money back, but a seller loses the item and gets no money either.

Honestly used to like this app and would buy often. Turns out when there's an actual problem they don't really do much to solve it when you reach out to them. My item is stuck or lost at dpd depo, but they're refusing to reach out until a month passes even though dpd recommended an investigation being started asap so i gues I'll just have to see how the refunding process goes in july 🤷♀️

I love Vinted as an easy second hand shopping app. However, is it just me, or when did they expand to other countries? I keep seeing articles from Italy and France and NO WAY CAN THEY SHIP CROSS-COUNTRY. Stop showing me these offers and let me filter by country / distance. What were the devs thinking? Who designed this? Did anyone actually test this?

1. It does not have Dark Mode. This is bad for my eyes. 2. Reporting sellers function due to misleading item conditions doesn't work, always getting back an automated response saying the sellers didn't break community standards, however they are posting satisfactory or worse photos with "very good" condition. 3. Unable to make offers to all favorites at once, need to go through notifications one by one and make offers. 4. The app is often throwing errors between notifications and messaging tabs.

Their System is Bad, Orders are not tracked correctly. Buyers can scamm anytime if they want to. I have been Scammed 2x times in this app. Buyers kept the items and I have no Chance to Charge the Buyer for it... Specially in international orders. Buyers don't answer anymore, of course.... they don't want to pay... Do not recommend !!!! Never using this app again !!!
