I'm at a loss. Singapore's user here. After months of diligently using Quandoo and making use of their special vday upsized points promotion, I finally redeemed 5000 points, with more points unredeemed and pending. To my shock, the next day (today), I realized that all my upcoming reservations have been 'cancelled by the restaurant' - which is impossible. I then went to the app, and upon attempting to log in, got the message that my 'account has been disabled'. No rhyme, no reason. RESOLVE THIS.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with this service. I made a restaurant reservation through it, but my points were deducted approximately one to two weeks later. When I inquired about the deduction, I was informed that the reservation was made on the restaurant's website, not through the service. Even after providing proof that I used the service, the same explanation was repeated. Ultimately, I did not receive my points despite booking through the service.

Booked but then cancelled by restaurant. Not many choices of restaurant though. Even if it's available, many restaurants just block the dates, and it's as good as you don't have these Apps actually for points.
