I used to use calling card pal with pingo, but unfortunately that doesn't work anymore do ihad to switch to the pingo app. It sucks. I cannot dial out of my contacts list, and it always uses Wi-Fi to connect. My Wi-Fi is not stable, so it drops calls all the time. When I use the offline call function it calls the New York number which is often busy. POS app
