I had an issue with the power bank since I plugged it in incorrectly by mistake which did not stop the timer, so it ran during the night, even when the place that provided the power banks was closed. Reached out to customer service and got a reply within 2 days with further contact! Super friendly customer service which helped me with getting a refund, which I really appreciated. Would recommend!

Unfortunately they had a bit of hardline attitude to a mistake made by the shop that has one of their stations. Shop took the powerbank but had moved the station to the back office on account of a busy city festival and insisted I leave the powerbank, and they would put it away. They had no space and I had to go back the next day to move it to another station. Lector insisted that this was my fault + that I pay the equivalent of €45. Pity the customer service was so shortsighted.

I like the idea and concept. However, I tried for probably 20 minutes and the power bank stopped charging. Maybe I was unlucky to get a faulty one.

I book a charger, but the damned stand does not release one. And when it does, it only lasts for like 10 minutes, and still it charges me for a full hour. Absolute scam

The batteries were so bad that the phone actually drained batteries while charging and the prices were atrocious! Buy a powerbank, you will have earned the money back within an hour!
