Don't buy iqoo mobiles. It as black screen problem. Service center also not good. 4 times I got same problem. 1st they chaged my display, 2nd time motherboard and 3rd time updated my mobile, 4th time again updated. 4 times I lost my data. So I sold my iqoo z9 5g mobile for Rs. 3500/-. Which I have purchased for Rs. 20000/-. In augst 2024 I purchased. I sold it in April 2025 only 8 months mobile. Loss Rs. 16500/-. So I strongly recommend not to buy the iqoo mobile.

I ordered a phone from Miku website, but the phone has not been delivered by Miku yet and the customer care is also not helping me.

Absolutely worst service. Pre-booked neo 10r on 12th march, paid total amount on 18th March 10.05 am, It's says order will be shipped with 2-3 working days. 18,19,20,21st march, there is no sign of shipping, so I contacted customer service they send mail, said it will be shipped within 48 hours. So, 4+2 days to be shipped, and who knows when it will be delivered. Never again am I buying anything through e store nor letting anyone I know do that. App is fine for browsing.
