I like to expand on what other pro customer said about discount often it's not applied by itself, but you can usually see it under total and push it to get it applied it's fine with me that I decide if I want to use it now or later. I think the app is good and most delivery people are good maybe they are all pretty good just not every time 😂 I like to think they are better than alternative competing brand and after working for four or five years together between them, I think I also know why

The app is a mess. First my voucher didn't apply. I contacted customer support for the issue. The app kept giving me an error saying about problem with my connection even though my connection was fine. Couldn't use my voucher, couldn't get support, so I just avoided using it.

It's an incredibly useful app, that easily gets almost anything directly to your door. There's only one little problem that I found while using it: Whenever I try to make an order, and click on continue to order, it crashes almost half the time, and I have to reopen the app to continue.

What about the idea to add an optional Newsletter tailored to you according to usual orders etc. I'm a foodie and just like trying a new restaurant in person would like to have the experience at home (I love being @home) 😂

Customer service is not working at all. It is only throwing errors, so when one is trying to change or cancel order, there is no way to do that.

Beware of Foodora. We ordered 2 items, only 1 was delivered. Support was rude and refused any refund, claiming it's "default" to deliver only available items without notifying the customer because I selected so (false, they did). This misleading setup and App UI is designed to avoid responsibilities. Use Wolt instead — much better service and transparency, at least you get credits back in these situations.

The app is quite nice, though I have a huge issue at the moment. I've received multiple (3-4) wrong orders (missing items) over the last month's, which I have reported in the app, because I can't afford to pay for food I'm not actually receiving. Now, for the first time, I didn't receive an order at all. Customer service told me, I also won't receive any kind of refund, because my account apparently got flagged for reporting missing items too often (3 times. They were missing).
