Stupid app tells me to install the latest version even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it twice

Way too many call drops. And if some is calling you they have to dial twice. I lost a couple of jobs because of this connection. And the customer services are useless.

This app has stopped working since the last couple of updates. It doesn't receive any incoming calls/ring. Meanwhile, the caller hears several dial tones and is later forwarded to voicemail. This happens on both Wi-Fi and Mobile data. I tried every setting in the Fongo app and even reinstalled the app. Still the problem persists. Sometimes the incoming calls start working for 3–4 minutes after opening the Fongo App. Their customer care only gives basic troubleshooting steps which does not help
