★★★★★ It's a wonderful app. I tried a few journaling apps simultaneously. This is the only one I stick with daily. The mood tracking, charts, weekly and monthly report are the features that made me like the app. Unlike other apps This app provides more features in the free version. Daylio helps me to track and analyze my life easily. I am using this app as a daily journal for almost 4 months now, and I am completely satisfied with it.

★★☆☆☆ I purchased the lifetime premium subscription in 2023. I used the app for 6 months and then forgot about it. I accessed the app for the first time since 2023 a couple of days ago, while I was offline, and it worked -- I actually thought I might give it another shot. I accessed the app again now, while online, and it says that my lifetime subscription has expired (?!), and that I should pay to buy it again. If it's not a bug, then it's a scam. Either way, this is a major breach of trust.

★★☆☆☆ The app itself is okay, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous. I paid for the premium and have subscribed for a few years now, but I will be cancelling due to the lack of action and support from your team.
