The service experience was horrible on multiple levels by Mr Imran Pasha. I usually only use authorized service centers for my Himalayan but even with a working battery it was not starting hence used them for the 'towing' as the authorized service centers don't have it. However, it was so bad that I will push the vehicle to the authorized center next time. They will add things into the service you never asked for, when asked to remove, will add new things like 'cylinder kit' forcefully

Extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. My bike stopped working completely just one month after their 10k service. This is unacceptable, especially considering they promised a one-year warranty. I've been trying to reach them by phone as per their warranty agreement, but no one is answering. They clearly don't stand by their work or their promises. Avoid this shop at all costs

A clutch replacement takes 2 days for these guys. You are better off if you buy the part yourself and get it done yourself or at local mechanic/service center at least you don't live in an illusion. Update: Bike was delivered today, pickup messed up, clutch cable fitting was kind of in a hurry. I have call recordings. Instead of taking ownership of work I get a to hear take you bike back. Stop spreading lie of delivery on same day. To clarify I insisted on the promised delivered date by you.
